Offset Atlanta has a T1 line, which enables us to receive files 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

For questions or if you encounter problems sending your file, call our Prepress Department at 770-448-2765, ext. 240 or 277.

MAC/PC

1. You must be online to FTP a file.
2. Compress the files to be transmitted. If sending multiple files, compress into one file
3. Using an FTP program, upload using the following credentials:
   Host: ftp.offsetatlanta.com
   User ID: customera
   Password: customera
4. Fax lasers of the job to your salesperson or customer service representative.
5. A verbal or email notification must be made to your salesperson or customer service rep along with the FILE NAME so prepress knows there is a file waiting. They do not check the FTP site unless they know a file was sent.
