From its beginning in June 1988, Offset Atlanta has always concentrated on the commercial market in the Atlanta area and initially targeted the spot-color market. Realizing the potential for growth in that and other markets, the decision was made to become a commercial two-color printer. As the business grew, Offset Atlanta introduced itself to the process market in 1995 by adding a four-color Heidelberg GTO press to its variety of equipment.

In 1997, established to serve a specific need for one of the company’s largest customers, a new production facility was opened in Pontiac, Michigan. Although the Pontiac site was set up to serve one specific customer, there were many opportunities to provide printing for other local customers as well.
The purchase of the Heidelberg GTO in 1995 allowed the production of a larger mix of pieces that could be produced. However, it was only able to accommodate a small percentage of work due to its limitations of sheet size and press speed. In order to meet the increasing demand and become more competitive on longer runs, a six-color Heidelberg Speedmaster with aqueous coater was installed in 1999.
Offset Atlanta has experienced tremendous growth over the past several years and continues to expand its capabilities while offering the same high level and quality of customer service. Both management and employees are dedicated to producing quality products in a time period that meets the customers requirements. The success and growth of Offset Atlanta is a result of its employees and a company philosophy of doing Whatever it takes.
