From its beginning in June 1988, Offset Atlanta has always concentrated on the
commercial market in the Atlanta area and initially targeted the spot-color market. Realizing the
potential for growth in that and other markets, the decision was made to add the company's first four
color press in the mid-90's.
The Heidelberg GTO allowed the production of a larger mix of pieces that could be
produced. However, it was only able to accommodate a small percentage of work due to its
limitations of sheet size and press speed. In order to meet the increasing demand and become more
competitive on longer runs, a six-color Heidelberg Speedmaster with aqueous coater was installed
in 1999 and due to increasing need, a second identical press was added in 2007. In 2009, the market
created an opportunity to expand into the 40" market with the addition of two Heidelberg presses,
an 8 color 40" and a 6 color 40" both with aqueous coaters, greatly increasing our capacity.
Offset Atlanta has experienced tremendous growth over the past several years and continues to expand its capabilities while offering the same high level and quality of customer service. Both management and employees are dedicated to producing quality products in a time period that meets the customers requirements. The success and growth of Offset Atlanta is a result of its employees and a company philosophy of doing Whatever it takes.
